History
Andrew W. Szczesniak, a native New Yorker, opened his law office in 1981 in lower Manhattan, after working for several years at a New York City law firm. In 1986, he relocated that office to White Plains, New York, in suburban Westchester County, to be closer and more accessible to his clients. Over the years, Andrew has represented both individuals and business entities. He has practiced in various areas of law, including matrimonial and family law, criminal defense, corporate and real estate and commercial transactions, thereby acquiring a wealth and breadth of knowledge which his clients draw on to this day. In 1989, Andrew narrowed the focus of his practice to the areas of Adoption and Family Law, a focus he maintains to this day.

A native New Yorker, Andrew W. Szczesniak opened his law office in 1981, following several years at a New York City law firm. In 1986, he relocated that office to White Plains, New York where it has remained to date. Over the years, Andrew has practiced in various areas of law. Because of his genuine interest in child welfare, Andrew has spent a good portion of his career representing children in the Courts of New York State. Although he is capable of being a full-service attorney, as a result of that interest and concern, he narrowed the focus of his practice in 1989 to Adoption and Family Law matters, the areas in which he concentrates to this day. Andrew enjoys working with families to help them achieve their maximum potential. His interest in child welfare is further evidenced by his more than 15 years of experience as a Soccer Referee, at both the High School, Travel and Recreational League level.
