Successfully defended an employee at a Residential Treatment Center against charges that he used excessive force in restraining a resident.
Successfully defended an employee at another Residential Treatment Center against charges of negligence in failing to prevent a physical altercation between residents.

After a three day Child Custody/Relocation Trial, successfully restrained the mother from relocating to a distant state with the child. In a contested divorce action, successfully argued that the Court should award one hundred per cent (100%) of the marital residence (the only marital asset) to the wife, given the husband’s history of failure to adequately support the family.
